Refund Policy

1. Introduction
1.1 This Refund Policy applies exclusively all the Program offered by AnalytixGeek (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
1.2 The Company offers a 45-day conditional money-back guarantee to ensure student satisfaction and to uphold the program’s value and integrity.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, All of the following conditions must be met
2.1 Time Frame
– Refund requests must be submitted between the 30th and 45th day from the official start date of the course batch.
– Requests submitted before day 31 or after day 45 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2.2 Course Participation
– Students must attend all live online sessions in full during the first 30 days of the program.
– All assignments issued during the first 30 days must be submitted, including those with extended deadlines.
2.3 Attendance Requirements
– Only live attendance will be considered valid; watching recorded sessions does not qualify.
– Students must attend the full duration of each session.
– A valid first and last name must be used when joining classes to verify attendance.
2.4 Assignment Submissions
– All assignments must be complete, timely, and meet the specified requirements.
– Submissions must reflect a genuine intent to learn, not simply an attempt to fulfill refund eligibility.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Students meeting all eligibility criteria must request a refund by emailing support@analytixgeek.com within the specified refund window.
3.2 While refunds are typically processed within 14 business days, the Company reserves the right to take up to 60 days to complete processing.
3.3 All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions
4.1 Course Materials
– Any hard copy materials received must be returned in good condition via registered post to the Company.
– Refunds will only be processed once materials are received.
4.2 Future Participation
– The Company reserves the right to deny future enrollment to individuals who have previously received a refund under this policy.
– Such individuals must disclose prior refunds when attempting to enroll in any future programs.
4.3 Disclosure Rights
– The Company retains the right to disclose the fact that a refund was issued to prospective or future customers.
4.4 Exceptions
– In rare cases involving technical issues that affect eligibility, the Company may grant exceptions if notified immediately at support@analytixgeek.com with appropriate documentation.
4.5 Non-Refundable Fees
– Booking fees and initial deposits are non-refundable, unless full enrollment is completed and refund eligibility is met.
5. Limitations
5.1 This refund policy is a special exception to AnalytixGeek’s standard no-refund policy, and applies exclusively to All the programs.
5.2 The Company may modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future enrollments.
6. Legal Disclaimer
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law. In case of a conflict between this policy and any legal requirement, the law will prevail.
